Cabbage – rice – tomato – onion – parsley – coriander – dill – spices
Preparation: Place slices of onion and tomato in a pot, arrange the cabbage rolls in a circular shape, then add 700 ml chicken stock or boiled water seasoned with spices and a stock cube. Add 3 tablespoons of oil or 2 cubes of butter. Bring to a boil on low heat and cook until liquid is absorbed.
