Grape leaves – rice – tomato – onion – parsley – coriander – dill – spices

Preparation: Place slices of onion and tomato in a pot, arrange the vine leaves rolls in a circular shape, then add 700 ml chicken stock or boiled water seasoned with spices and a stock cube. Add 3 tablespoons of oil or 2 cubes of butter, lemon juice to taste, and place a plate on top of the vine leaves. Bring to a boil on low heat and cook until liquid is absorbed.
