Booking Confirmation: To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required upon signing the agreement. The remaining balance is due 2 days before the event.
Pricing: All prices are in [EGP] and may be subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust our prices or introduce new fees when necessary.
Cancellations: You can cancel for free up to 5 days before your event. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the event incur a 100% fee. Please refer to our Payment Policy for more details.

While we strive to ensure that all services are provided as promised, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion, with or without notice. Urban Flavours is not liable for any damages resulting from modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.
